Terms of Service
Last updated: August 27, 2026
1. Service Description
Skuvix structures product material that you own or are authorized to use into reviewable Shopify listing drafts. The base Shopify app handles store, product, inventory, and publishing data only. Optional Sales analytics, Conversion events, and Fulfillment tracking modules require separate merchant approval, Shopify access, and real evidence before those metrics appear.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
3. Subscription & Billing
Skuvix clearly separates one-time launch access, recurring standalone subscriptions, and Shopify-installed access. The checkout screen is the source of truth for the amount, billing provider, renewal terms, and included usage before you pay.
- First Store Launch is a one-time USD 9.90 direct purchase. It includes 10 Creation Credits, first-product publish QA, and seven days of launch tracking. It does not renew or automatically upgrade to a subscription.
- The standalone Starter plan is USD 29 per month and currently includes 100 Product Drafts, 120 Creation Credits, and up to three stores per monthly period. It renews until cancelled.
- Monthly Product Draft and Creation Credit allowances reset on the plan cycle shown in Plan & usage. One-time launch credits are shown as a separate balance and do not receive a monthly reset.
- No charge is created without your explicit acceptance of the disclosed billing terms.
- Shopify-installed accounts follow the billing mode shown inside Skuvix. Accounts marked Included Shopify plan are not offered Stripe upgrades, wallet recharges, or add-on checkout.
- You can schedule cancellation of a direct subscription from Plan & usage. Access continues until the displayed period end unless a different result is explicitly confirmed.
- Eligible add-on balances and rollover balances remain separately identified in the wallet ledger, including their source and expiry where applicable.
4. Refund Policy
For direct purchases, request a refund within 7 days of the initial charge by contacting support@skuvix.com. Refunding First Store Launch closes that launch purchase and withdraws its unused credits. A subscription refund does not by itself cancel future renewal unless Skuvix confirms cancellation; use Plan & usage to cancel renewal. Shopify-billed purchases, when offered, follow the policy disclosed through Shopify.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account with others or resell access
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service
